“A Simple Gesture is a major contributor to the items the Ashland Food Pantry is able to offer. There are a great many items, such as Ashland Trash Bags, that we are unable to get any other way and our patrons would not have nearly as many choices of items without A Simple Gesture. Over the course of the summer we saw a significant increase in need and requests for help from the food pantry. In July 2024 alone, we had over 160 appointments that helped feed 341 individuals. August was very similar. This used up a significant amount of resources that we cannot replenish with your support.”
